DIRECTIONS
From Hwy 105 West of Conroe, turn North on Walden Road. Follow Walden Road approximately 3 miles. Walden Golf Club will be on your right.

PARKING
Parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot.  Guests may parking along Walden Rd.  Please lock vehicles.

WHAT TO BRING
Rain gear is advised  (just in case). Breakfast tacos provided. Beverages and snacks available as part of your entry fee and a big lunch is provided at 4:00 for golfers, family and invited guests.  Despite what the system tells you, you do not need to print paper tickets.

REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Golfers may register and pay anytime up to the tournament. Advanced registration is strongly recommended and preferred. Payment is preferred two weeks prior to the tournament. However, payment will be accepted at check-in as always.  We DO take walk-in golfers on the day of the tournament, but a cart cannot be guaranteed.

Sponsors should plan for their payment to reach organizers 2 weeks before the tournament for ensure proper signage is prepared.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Golfers and sponsors may complete their payment via check, cash or credit card.  We prefer that large financial commitments be delivered through check which can be mailed or picked up from you direclty.

AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
As always, we accept at the door walk up registrants but cannot guarantee the tournament will still have spaces left or we will have the right number of golf carts on hand.  Advance registration and payment is recommended.

MULLIGANS / LONGEST DRIVE

We will be selling Mulligans and Longest Drive Tickets at the door.  We recommend that you purchase a Legacy Package for your entire team so that your tickets are waiting for you to simply pick up as you check in.

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
In the rare event of a rainout, a new reschedule date will be announced and golfers will be notified.
